We’re baaaaack!!!

And yes.. We’re continuing our winter venture in the Food Truck.
Snow, cold, frozen eyelashes… We’re still here. We’re wild like that 💁‍♀️.

We’re kicking off the New Year slow and steady before we start dropping all our new creations and the NEW menu!!!

The United States has begun operating the world’s largest nuclear waste treatment facility, using a process that seals radioactive material inside solid glass. In this method, liquid nuclear waste is heated and mixed with glass forming compounds until it hardens, trapping radioactive elements inside a stable structure. Once cooled, the glass prevents leaks into soil or groundwater, offering far stronger long term containment than older storage methods.

This matters because nuclear waste remains dangerous for periods longer than human civilization has existed. By turning it into glass through vitrification, the risk of environmental contamination and human exposure is dramatically reduced. Early results show these glass blocks are far more durable and stable over time, marking a major step forward in managing nuclear waste safely.
