This mornings Easter egg hunt at the farm !

Our "fancy" chickens have started to lay! Some for the first time in their lives, and some again after a winter sabbatical 😅

The self-serve fridge has eggs for all this weekend and week ahead 🥚

Just in time for all of your holiday baking + breakfasts, the girls are laying a lot more eggs lately ...... finally 🙏

Thanks everyone for your patience as the 🐓's had a slower run of laying eggs October & November this fall, but they're back! 👌

The ladies love their new indoor coop for the winter, with lots of nice consistent heat + perfectly timed daylight hours. And happy hens lay more eggs 🥚🥚🥚

There are eggs in the self-serve fridge again today and tomorrow at the farmhouse @ 8230 Bleeks.

Monday &Tuesday's eggs this week will go to our routine delivery family's in town, and Wednesday onwards through the holidays there will be fresh eggs daily in the porch fridge, as many as we can collect 😀

Please limit your pickups to 1 or 2 dozen at a time to be fair to everyone 🙏🙏

Hanging on to some of the bright colours of summer ☀️ as the weather really transitioned to fall last week for us. Not complaining though, fall is one of our favorite times of year, and it's officially here this weekend 🍁

It marks the start of some quieter times ahead, some reflection on our farming adventures - trials, accomplishments and errors in the months previous - and it's a time to appreciate all the bounty of the hard work put in, as final crops are harvested and the ground prepared for winter. We simply love fall ❤️ 🍂 ❤️

While we have been MIA a bit on social media this past summer, we have still had a very productive farm season, and life has been very good to us. We are thankful for a healthy happy baby, who is just starting to bless us with her first full and adorable laughs ( & who's been sleeping through the night since early August 🤯 giving us our energy back). We are also so greatful for all of the lovely families we provide food and flowers to each week 🥰 We truly have the best customers, family and friends supporting our farming journey, so thank you all! We hope you had an amazing summer too & are excited for the near arrival of fall 🍂🍁🍂

A little over a week of being parents, and we couldn't be more in love with our new roles, and our new little one ❤️

♡ Maeve Elizabeth Kelly ♡

6 lbs, 10oz

Born Friday May 5th, at 10:03 pm.

Our little flower farmer made her fast and ferocious arrival on the full flower moon 🌸🌝

In her first week we've already done some gardening together, enjoyed the beautiful weather, visited all the animals on the farm, had a trip to home depot on day 3, and have had many lovely visitors who all simply adore her, nearly as much as we do! There may be a round of golf planned for her next week too with daddy apparently if she's still this good 😉

So excited for this journey ahead and feeling so blessed to get to be your parents Maeve 💓 Can't wait to see you flourish more and more every day 🌸✨️💗🌸
Thanks for making me a mom Maeve, I can already tell it's going to be my best adventure in life yet ♡♡

SECRET IS OUT FINALLY!

This holiday season, our hearts are a little fuller as we patiently await the arrival of our first little baby in a little over 4 months from now. There's no hiding the belly anymore Bailey haha 😆

We can't wait to meet our girl, and hopefully welcome a big healthy baby into our family in early May ❤️

Hope you all have a fantastic Christmas and New Year's with friends and family, from ours to yours 💕💕 Thank you as always for another successful and fun year at the farm, and for all of your support of Ryan and myself and this crazy life of ours ♡♡

Also, huge thanks to for the most amazing time capturing some pics with Ryan and myself, and our chunky Maggie 🐕 on that first beautiful and mild snowfall we got last Friday ❄️ ❄️ These are just a few of our many favourites 😍

Who is outside soaking up the rays on this beautiful weekend?! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ The hens are simply loving these gorgeous days of November that feel more like mid September, and so are we as we wrap up our fall clean up 🥰

Already into all the bright summer colours for our floral subscribers this week, and loving it all! Welcome to summer 2022!! Spring flew by for us, and while summer is crazy busy too, it is a little less hustle and bustle... a bit more time to sit back and smell the roses dare I say 😜

Last week of ranunculus for a while, and potentially the last of the anemone too for the spring season, as the snapdragons take center stage, the eucalyptus varieties are filling in like crazy, and the digitalis start to bloom also 🌱💐

Next up will definitely be our big beds of lisianthus, zinnias, and then of course one of my all time favs in maybe a month or so: DAHLIAS ♡♡
