Colours and Corn!! Today was quite the eclectic mix of veggies but an exciting one because Corn has officially hit the tables of our CSA participants. Have the butter, napkins and floss handy!

Something else that some of you have is our yellow zucchini. It tastes a little more sweet than the green and we find it cooks just a bit faster. Love that extra pop of colour!

The office dweller got out of the office today 🙋🏼‍♀️ and joined the CSA delivery. The muscles are feeling it! 💪🏼

Great day delivering and great day of veggies for everyone. Some garden staples today plus Swiss Chard and Kohlrabi! Couple of our favourites.

Only three more CSA weeks left to go and I see a lot of Corn 🌽 in our future! Can’t wait.

Cauliflower for the rest of the week with just one head! I think so. Rain or shine, our team is set up at the Community Farmers Market of Saskatoon Fridays from 9am-3:30pm on 8th Street in front of London Drugs.

Something that makes me happy seeing this beautiful head of cauliflower other than the stunning colour is the size. Did you know that if we were harvesting for wholesale, this wouldn’t be accepted. Too big! Not in the spec.

But not here! YOU get to choose what size you’d like.
