I’ll be seeing you this Sunday for the biggest Kinburn market yet!!! BEE KIND and come say hi! I’ll be there with my breads and shirts. Family canning day! I can never grow enough cucumbers for our yearly pickle needs. So I when I get the call our bushel is ready we drop all plans and have a pickle day!

If you ever wanted to try your hand at canning, start with pickles! Nothing fancy, just cucumbers, garlic, dill, peppercorn, salt and vinegar and you’re good to go!

Harvesting honey is a family endeavour. Every year the kids look forward to it! We have fun with it. We make a mess and after we are done we enjoy tasting the fruits of our labour.
