Located in beautiful southwestern Ontario, P**tcorners is home to both suri and huacaya alpacas as well as the Peter and Suelaine P**t family, A Brother’s Bond Alpacas, To Be Alpacas, and Providence Pastures. We do farm gate retailing of alpaca products - socks, insoles, yarn, rovings, felts and kits from the "Fibre of the gods". Alpaca fibre is six to eight times warmer and softer than wool and m

ore durable than cashmere. Come meet the alpacas and enjoy their comfortable clothing. Taste the lean meat, it is a treat and an alternative to red meats.

Come join us this weekend for Taste Real's Wellington County Rural Romp!
We will be doing hourly shearing demonstrations and will have weaving demonstrations going on throughout the day. Our newest cria, Xylo, will be available for viewing and maybe the occasional petting.
Our farm store will be open all day.
Pets are permit, however please keep all dogs on leash (alpacas are very scared of them) and clean up after them. There is an intact, very friendly, male dog on site.
Rural Romp maps will be available in the store.

Yesterday our herd lost its 20 year old matriarch, Princess Nibbs. She went quickly and peacefully, without any fanfare or prolonged suffering.
Princess Nibbs was an excellent mother and raised many wonderful crias. As the matriarch, she could often be found "babysitting" the enitre group of crias while the younger dams grazed and rested.
She loved the to play in the water and was often first in the pool at the beginning of the summer.
She does leave behind a two month old cria, Elko, who is taking to the bottle well.
