Two of our favourite fall squash!

Sweet Potato squash also known as Delicata squash is a small, sweet squash with a thin & edible skin that makes it one of the easiest varieties to prep and roast!

And Sweet Mama squash is a popular dark green squash with a harder skin yet exceptionally sweet & nutty, with a deep orange flesh.
