John's passion and experience played an instrumental role in shaping not only the vision and strategy behind Blue Lakes, but in the planning and efficient design of our new facility.

Yesterday we cut the ribbon on our new facility at Blue Lakes Premium Meats.

Formerly Parkhill Meats, our federally inspected facility in Parkhill, Ontario is the first new federally inspected meat processing facility in Canada in more than 20 years.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. Same commitment to quality, traceability, and Ontario corn-fed Angus beef and lamb, now under a new name and a new facility built to match it.
