🎵 Music has been so fun the past couple of weekends — we're doing it again! 🎵

We're super excited to have Jim O'Neill Music out to the Ciderhouse this Saturday from 5-7pm.

Jim's an Australian-Canadian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist known for his heartfelt originals and soulful re-imaginings of songs you love. Seriously, it's worth coming out for. No cover — just grab a glass and settle in.

And to round out the evening, Amanda's Grill will be on-site all day, so come hungry! 🔥

🎨 Say hello to August's Featured Artist — Eileen Williamson! 🎨

Eileen is a Canadian landscape painter working in bold acrylics and oils. She got her first box of watercolours at age 6, and after years painting in Nelson, BC, she settled on Vancouver Island in 1992, drawn back to the ocean.

Much of her work starts on plein air walkabouts — sketchpad and watercolours in hand, never quite knowing what she'll bring back to the studio.

Her work is up on our walls all month, and you can meet her in person at the Ciderhouse this Saturday, 2–4pm. 🖌️

Come sip, shop some art, and say hi to Eileen. See you at the Ciderhouse! 🍏

🎸 Live music is back — Ian Cromwell returns 5-7pm. We had such a great time last week that we're planning to make live music a regular Saturday thing!

Sunday, Aug 9: Open 1-7pm.
🍔 Amanda's Grill will be on site.

🎻 Mark your calendars — live music is coming to the Ciderhouse this Saturday!

We're so excited to have Ian Cromwell out to Swayne Creek this weekend. Ian's a Nanaimo-based violinist who plays funky live remixes built from violin, guitar, and a loop pedal, layered together in real time. Seriously, it's worth seeing in person.

And to round out the evening, Brasil Grill Food truck will be on-site all day with their food truck, so come hungry! 🔥

Friday: Brasil Grill Food truck is here! 🔥

Saturday morning: Come find us at the Qualicum Beach Farmers Market before you head our way! 🧺🌻

Saturday & Sunday: No food truck over the weekend - bring a picnic and make a day of it sheep-spotting (they're in a paddock close by the picnic area this weekend) 🐑🧺

Can't picnic without snacks though - we've got Primal Sisters pork crisps and dried fruit on hand at the bar too 🍖🍑

While you're here, take a wander round the tasting rooom - Nathalie Edwards's beautiful artwork is on the walls all month 🎨

On tap this week: 7 ciders, including our Earl Grey which combines two of our absolute favourite things - cider and tea!! If you haven't tried it yet, this is your sign. It's going down an absolute storm with everyone who has 🍵🍏
