Rust Never Sleeps - our 5.4% Marzenbier is back!!!

Don't worry, it's not fall yet, this beer is just too good not to bring back just a wee bit early.

A Märzen is a traditional German lager originating in Bavaria, named after March, the month it was historically brewed before warm summer temperatures made brewing impossible. Crafted slightly stronger to survive months of cold storage in caves through the summer, it was traditionally tapped in autumn to make room for the new brewing season, becoming an iconic style synonymous with Oktoberfest.

Characterized by its clear amber colour, a Märzen relies heavily on Munich and Vienna malts to give it a rich, toasted, biscuity flavour profile with a subtle sweetness, while maintaining a clean, crisp lager finish with minimal hop bitterness.

Underpass Session Saturated IPA has made its long-awaited return!

This 3.5% Micro IPA is bursting with aromas of ripe tropical fruit, citrus candy, and fresh berries, delivering big flavour without the high alcohol percentage.

The can artwork, created by local artist Don Corbett, is inspired by a local legend: during testing of the Iroquois engines scheduled to power the Avro Arrow, a test pilot in a CF-103 Sabrejet is said to have flown from Malton to Parry Sound for an underpass beneath the CPR Trestle.

We have an awesome team (as always) coming together here for our ninth summer season!

They've been working hard already and with a busy summer ahead we want to give them a night off all together for some fun and bonding!

Sooo... we'll be closing early tomorrow, Sunday June 7th at 4pm so that we can have a lil spring shindig!

We'll still be open for lunch from 11am-3:30pm. And back open on Monday with regular hours!

A reminder of our current spring hours:
