Been a while since I serve Malaysian Chicken and beef satay with homemade satay sauce.

Chicken /beef satay is a popular Southeast Asian street food.
The bite size marinated chicken/beef are threaded on bamboo sticks and grilled.

Serve with savoury-sweet, creamy peanut dipping sauce, freshly cut cucumber, onions and pineapple.
