What a day! We catered our biggest event to date so far, with a smoked brisket, kaiser buns and cornbread, coleslaw, baked beans, and baked potatoes. We also had mini blackberry, apple, and strawberry rhubarb pies for desert! We had a lot of hiccups while preparing this, but we managed to work through. Can't wait for next time😁😁

Our lunch tomorrow will be a highly requested French Dip Sandwich!! We also will have Apple pie, cakes, and other treats out! We've been super busy this week restocking our meal freezer also, so you can now grab lasagnas, Tourtierre, and Sheperds pies again! Have a wonderful weekend and see you all tomorrow ☺️
