Maxine's Cafe & Bar has stolen our hearts. Such a beautiful atmosphere, mind blowing food and wonderful service. We also tried the Chicken and biscuits with gravy (10/10) as well as the Folietta Sausage and Egg Sandwich that was on special (11/10).

We've fallen in love with wine cap mushrooms lately.

Our experiments with inoculated sterile compost in the garden have been really successful! Fertilizer for our garden PLUS delicious wild and nutty tasting mushrooms. What a win-win.
