Not very often there is a 4 week old during their fugly stage to show off. This little buck didn't get the memo.

A mini rex litter had to be fostered. The older half sister gained 1 kit to her litter and a mini satin doe gained 3.

The past few days the 2026 kits started to be kindled. We won't have much to show until July when kits are old enough to evaluate and hit the show tables. These 4 litters are 1 litter of Dutch, 1 litter of mini satins and 2 litters of mini rex.

DWR Saffron was 10th place for 6/8 (intermediate) broken bucks. There was 17 in the class. Some pictures others have sent of him but can't wait till Thursday when I go pick him up. Congratulations to all of those at Convention who have placed.

A new breed has been added to the rabbitry. Satins. They are a 9lbs to 11lbs breed. What makes them special is that their hair shafts are hollow allowing light through to give them their sheen along with their fly back fur. Here is pictures of Dee's Blue our new doe who joined the rabbitry from NY in September just note she is in molt in these pictures. Then some pictures of our new buck DWR Saffron a jr broken chocolate from NC. He will be coming home at the end of month once he is done showing at ARBA convention. Saffron will just be a Intermediate at convention and is entered against 759 other satins at convention.

All loaded up ready for today's show in L'Assomption QC. Yes those are fans running on the rabbits until we officially hit the road in a few minutes. Taking all 6 of our mini rex and 1 Jr mini satin.
