Chef Hamelin- Harvey is a dedicated, talented and hardworking individual that possesses a love of all things food related. A proud member of Beausoleil First Nation a wonderful island community rich with beauty and culture located on beautiful Georgian Bay, perhaps a source of some of her inspiration. She has a wonderful imagination and can create mouthwatering customized menus to suit individual

tastes. She strives to focus on local cuisine, and what is readily accessable to her within her community. Chef Hamelin-Harvey prefers to deal with local suppliers to create her delectable dishes as she has a strong belief that smaller communities rely on the local producers and small businnesses within them to thrive. Chef Hamelin-Harvey has worked very diligently for over 20 years to be on top of her game, trained with many highly skilled chefs and participated in numerous food competitions, charity galas, TV shows and been featured in a variety of puplications. With this being her first self employed business venture it is an exciting one, she is looking to be invited into your homes or to your venues to help create a wonderful personal dining experience.
