Ok. So it's been a rather busy day lol. I just turned on my computer and it is after 2PM. Happy Saturday. We are here and open until 5PM more or less. The fundraising jar is on the table as birthday celebrations continue. There are nibbles though not so many now! Enjoy the day.

Happy Friday. Anyone else having trouble believing it is September 4th and the long weekend? Aggh how did that happen? We are here and open until 6PM today. Cooler is full of yummy "stuff" made by those kitchen elves. Counter too has lots of interesting dishes for your palate to consider. Plan to work a visit to Wendy B's into your day!

DIP: Rst Red Pepper/Feta; Artichoke/Asiago; Mango Black Bean; Spicy Blue Cheese; Herb and Goat Cheese; Pimento Cheese; Tipsy Pate; Green Pepper Feta and pistachio spread; Thai Coconut Curry Hummus.
MAIN: House Meatloaf; Quiche - Ham/Bacon; vegetable; Tomato Cheddar Baked Chicken Pasta; Vegetable Thai Curry.
OTHER: Jalapeno poppers; Roasted Olives; Garlic Butter Mushrooms; Baked Tomato and Artichoke Salad(last time until next year) Stuffed Potatoes; Stuffed Peppers; Scalloped Potatoes; Tomato Basil Tart; Parmesan Tomatoes; Moroccan Roasted Vegetables.

Wednesday afternoon greetings. Better late than never. We are here and open until 5PM today. Fresh greens from Operation Grow; Ontario field tomatoes, peaches, cucumber, red peppers. Soup and salad production have begun. Menu tomorrow.

A little soggy Sunday. A good day to catch up on reading and other "I'll get to that sometime" list. We are here and open until 5PM. Not exactly gazpacho weather, but there is some in the cooler along with salads and dips. Friday was a baking day. There is carrot cake, jalapeno corn bread, banana walnut loaf, banana loaf, 1 chocolate sour cream banana mini loaf and maybe a fruit crisp. Treats to go with your tea, book or movie!

Gazpacho is in the cooler. If you haven't had your fill yet, now is the time. The counter has lots of goodies to choose from. As it is Saturday, we have sourdough bread from Tiny Cove. Don't wait too long if you have this on your shopping list. AND it is scone day....
