From Me to You Gourmet Meals with a personal touch ... designed with health in mind, using locally sourced ingredients. Fr Customized menus to suite you & your family's needs.

Perhaps you'd like our Personal Chef Service to prepare & deliver a week's worth of gourmet meals to enjoy at your convenience--all packaged and labelled with detailed instructions for re-heating and serving. Keep some of our gourmet entrées in your freezer, ready to pop in the oven when unexpected company arrives. On vacation and want a vacation from cooking too but have the touch of home. We can take care of the shopping and cooking and deliver to your location (or pick-up). Please note: you will need a working kitchenette with stove & oven...all food is either frozen or preserved except for the baking & pastries. All meals designed with health in mind. Upon consultation, determination for individual or senior portions will be discussed. We have a client consultation form that will help us to identify your favourite foods, dislikes, allergies, sensitivities and dietary needs--from low carb and low fat to sodium free, vegetarian, child or senior friendly and more. This info helps us to prepare a customized menu for your household or event. Among our services, we also provide fresh grown pesticide-free garden vegetables, fruits and herbs (seasonal), gourmet preserves and baking goods & pastries.
