🍎 **Fruit sales are BACK this Sunday!** 🍐

The harvest is still going strong, and we’ve got a beautiful lineup of Certified Organic fruit fresh from our orchards!

This week’s varieties include:

🍎 Honeycrisp, Ambrosia, Salish, Spartan, Newtown Pippin, Goldens, Fuji AND PINK LADY apples

🍐 Anjou pears

**PLUS, $1/lb fruit sales!** Stock up for snacking, baking, canning, or whatever your fall plans have in store.

We’re switching things up this weekend! Our weekly fruit sale is moving to SATURDAY, with lots of fresh Certified Organic fruit straight from the orchard.

Years ago, Anders (one of our farmers) had a best friend who opened a brewery. So naturally, he decided to plant some hops for him.
A very thoughtful gesture with absolutely no long-term consequences.
Except hops are apparently forever.
We’ve tried to get rid of them. They disagree. Every year they come back, climb the fruit trellises, and generally make themselves at home.
This year, instead of fighting them, we picked them and decided to make a one-off c***r.
If you watched yesterday’s video and wondered why there were hops floating around in our c***r, meet the source. 🌿🍎
Consider this our most delicious attempt at w**d control.

C***r making is very glamorous. 🍎
Today’s problem: how do you get a clean liquid sample when your c***r is currently full of hops?
This is the part of c***r making we love sharing. The weird little problems, experiments and decisions that eventually turn into something you get to drink.
If that’s your kind of thing, our C***r Club gets even closer to what we’re making, including small batches, experiments and one-offs.

Meet the Mystery Apple 🍎

Planted in **1910 by a member of our family**, this tree is still producing apples 116 years later.

What variety is it? We have absolutely no idea. 😂 Around here, it’s simply the **Mystery Apple**.

Every year, its apples make their way into **Flora, our house c***r**—but this Sunday, you’ll also have a chance to try the Mystery Apple as an actual apple at our fruit sale.

116 years old and still earning its keep. Not bad, Mystery Apple.
