Yay bottling is done! Joel is a numbers guy so here are we go:
1203 cases bottled
8 fantastic new wines (see below)
6 amazing staff & friends who crushed it (along with the Artus staff)
1 unfortunate accident involving Joel and a ladder
3 trips to the hospital over 3 days
1 partially torn bicep
4 doctors consulted
1 X-ray + 1 ultrasound taken
0 surgeries required - whew!
1 very relieved husband who is good to keep making pizzas (with care and physio)!
We may have already opened a few bottles (you know, someone has to QA) and you’re going to love these fresh new wines! Wine club will be seeing their shipments shortly and then we will get them on them on the shelves!
I am so proud of Joel for working from an idea that we could get the bottling truck here, and thinking outside the box to solve many logistical challenges. Can’t believe we did it and it went smoothly!
