Well, this is going to be interesting. We have never had a piglet this timid/feral.

Before us the only human interaction he had was having his teeth cut(not something we practice) and being taken away from his Mama. So to say we've got our work cut out for us is an understatement. Here's hoping he comes around sooner than later because if he's not easy to work with/around he cannot stay here it's just not safe.

Hims a cutie patootie, bit of a sad sack at the moment since we took him away from everything and every pig he's ever known but he'll come around

Update from our live earlier today

I had to intervene and help the brown egg hatch it was showing signs of being in distress...looks like it may end up being a "sticky chick" which requires a tedious qtip bath as a remedy but is a very easy fix
