Grilled & Stuffed Feta Pepper 🌶
Cut the top of a bell pepper, removing the seeds and rinsing. Fill with Greek feta cheese, oregano, fresh basil, garlic, salt and black pepper.
Place pan on stove on medium heat, with Peter’s 100% Pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil in pan. Place pepper in pan and turn over every 4 minutes.
Drizzle balsamic vinegar on pepper, serve & enjoy 👨🏻🍳
