Last weekend I lost one of my customized market tents......this weekend it almost happened again with my second one.

As the wind picked up, my bottles been thrown around, people's tents collapsing, people's products breaking, I was holding on to my tent while thinking " Not again".

These five women came to the rescue, helped me pick up my product, hold the tent sturdy, and help me shut er down.

Short story.... There are good people out there 😊

Kicked off the long weekend the only way Team Flame Spitter knows how… by bringing the heat to a new location 🔥🥩

Huge shoutout to Meatland in Midland for stocking Flame Spitter products!

Things got a little confusing at the delivery though… apparently two Mitch’s really do make a right. 🤝

Good luck telling us apart — one Mitch sells the heat, the other Mitch carries it. Either way, Meatland’s fully stocked with all of our sauces.

Today was a HUGE day for Flame Spitter — we officially landed THREE new locations across Ottawa 😄

We had an awesome time meeting Jonah at The Butchery today, one of the newest spots joining the Flame Spitter family. Great people, great energy,huge selection of quality foods, and soon… seriously good heat coming your way. 🌶️🔥

🔥5 Year Anniversary🔥

Holy smokes I'm honestly surprised I have made it this far!

Between financially collapsing the business twice with addictions and lawyer fees, loosing some retailers in rehab, and finding the right employees .......well, I still came out on top 💪

When God takes everything away from you, you become more driven and avoid everything else. The difference between me and most business owners is I'll show you the low times because no business is perfect and most don't want to show you the dark side.

So here's to:

5 years of ups and downs.
5 years of " I quit".
5 years of hustling.
5 years of travelling.
5 years of cuts, burns, slips and ouchies.
5 years of "uh oh".
5 years of restless nights
5 years of "What's The next move"

And most importantly, five years of love from all you supporters you keep me going ❤️

🔥Marked a new location 🔥—Foodland in Victoria Harbour.

Usually this kind of moment would’ve turned into beers and a night going sideways. Not today.

Went with a litre of chocolate milk instead, had a smoke, and kept it steady.
No mess, no regrets—just a calm, clear moment.

Feels good doing things differently. Grateful for that.

Kyle, owner of Foodland in Stayner, looks absolutely thrilled with the new Flame Spitter Hot Sauce shelves. Hard to tell if it’s the clean setup, the fiery lineup, or the fact that I’m half folded, half wedged into the corner just trying to make the photo.

Either way, shelves are stocked, spirits are high, and I’ve learned I need to stand a little further back next time.
