Franz's has been proudly serving Peterborough and the Kawarthas for over 38 years, and has consistently taken pride in assuring that its customers receive the finest expertly aged meat products. Franz offers a superior alternative to supermarket cuts and prepackaged meats with his European style sausage and smoked meats he prepares in the back of his butcher shop. Franz learned his trade in Europe

, training for three years in Austria and practicing for five years in Switzerland before coming to Canada. Franz can attest to the difference in quality of supermarket meats and those prepared in the old country style.

Preparation of salads and meat products, customer service, taking phone orders, cashier, and closing cleaning duties. Very fast-paced and physical. A valid G license is an asset.

Availability: Monday to Saturday 9-6 and Sunday 10-5. Some evenings for off-site catering events.
