I'm Claire, and If you know me, you know I’ve always loved fitness, eating well, and finding ways to stay healthy without making it feel like a chore. One thing I’ve never been a fan of? Protein shakes. And I’ve tried way too many bars that taste like chalk, or that I got tired of.

So I started RouFuel — protein cake pops that actually taste like dessert, with 8g of protein in each. I’ve been working on this behind the scenes, and I’m excited to finally share it.
