We’re taking the popular Mason jar salad south of the border with this super-flavorful recipe! So simple yet so satisfying; all you have to do is layer fresh, wholesome ingredients such as black beans, corn, and jalapenos, then finish them off with our Homemade Coconut Oil Dressing. Seal, shake, and enjoy!

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
½ cup Sprouted Brown Rice, Organic
¼ cup baby spinach
¼ cup white onion, chopped
¼ cup avocado, diced
3 tablespoons cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons corn
2 tablespoons black bean
1 teaspoon jalapeno, small dice
2 tablespoons Liquid Coconut Cooking Oil, Organic

DIRECTIONS
In a mason jar, layer cooked organic sprouted brown rice, baby spinach, tomatoes, chopped white onion, avocado, cheddar cheese, corn, black bean, and jalapeno.
Add Homemade Coconut Oil dressing.
Close the lid and shake for one minute or until well blended.
Serve & enjoy!

Ingredients

2 cups shredded coconut
¼ cup coconut milk
4 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 bar (100g) of dark chocolate
2 scoops Collagen Beauty Powder

Directions
In a bowl, combine coconut, coconut milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, collagen, and vanilla.
Shape into 12 bite-sized balls and place in the fridge.
Melt your chocolate and dip chilled balls in melted chocolate to coat.
Place in the fridge to set. Keep chilled until ready to snack. Enjoy!

Want to get rid of yellow dark circles under your favorite sweaters and white shirts? This is our best trick and it's easy to make.

~ Separates white clothes from colored clothes in the wash basket.
~ Scrub all yellow dark circles with fabric stain remover before washing. While you're at it, check your shirt collars to see if they need a little stain remover too.
~ Soaks your white clothes for 24 hours with the bleaching agent.
~ Do a load of your whites with our laundry detergent.
~ Air dry to be even greener. ♻️

Voilà! Your clothes have become flamboyant white again with local & sustainables products + offered in bulk. BOOM! Something to impress your friends with the result! This trick can also be effective with black t-shirts. The bleaching agent will boost the color.

Anyone for a little healthy chocolate?

Super Food Chaocolate Bark

Ingredients
200 grams dark chocolate (dairy-free for vegan)
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. Natura fiber
2 tbsp. pistachios (shelled and halved)
2 tbsp. goji berries
1 tbsp. shredded coconut

Method
Line an 8×8 dish with baking parchment.
Sit a heat proof bowl in a pan of boiling water over a medium heat.
Break the chocolate into small pieces, add to the bowl and stir continuously until it has all melted.
Add the vanilla and mix well.
Pour the melted chocolate into the parchment-lined dish.
Combine Natura fiber, pistachios, goji berries and coconut.
Sprinkle mixture on top of chocolate.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until the chocolate has set.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
