Oatmeal Apple Cookies

Soft, wholesome cookies made with almond butter, applesauce, oats, walnuts, and warming cinnamon. A naturally sweet treat that's perfect for snacks or breakfast on the go. *Vegan when made with a vegan liquid sweetener (such as maple syrup) instead of honey.

Ingredients
½ cup creamy almond butter
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup Natura Fiber
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Add the oats, Natura Fiber, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Stir until well combined.
Fold in the chopped walnuts.
Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form the mixture into 16 evenly sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Gently press each cookie down with the back of a spoon to flatten slightly.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days, or freeze for up to 6 months.

Passing the Torch: Our Petrolia Health Food Store & Refillery is Looking for Its Next Owner

Building and running this store has been a true labor of love. From getting to know so many of your daily routines to watching our local community embrace a healthier, low-waste lifestyle, this space has become so much more than just a shop—it’s been a second home.

As I prepare to step into my next chapter, I am looking for a passionate individual or family to carry the torch and continue serving the amazing people of Petrolia.

What Makes This Opportunity Special:
A Turnkey Dream: Completely set up with beautiful fixtures, refillery stations, quality inventory, and established vendor partnerships.
A Built-In Community: A loyal, conscious customer base that truly values and supports this store.
Prime Downtown Spot: A welcoming location with strong local foot traffic and deep roots in town.
Room to Grow: Ready for your own unique vision, whether that’s expanding product lines, adding workshops, or growing online.

This isn't just a business purchase—it's a chance to step into a vibrant, supportive community and make a meaningful impact every day.

If you’ve been dreaming of owning a mindful, wellness-focused business with a solid foundation already built for you, I would love to chat.

Serious inquiries only. Please reach out to Dorian Noble at Community Future Lambton for more information.
