Slake Brewing A small brewery built on a limestone hill with some of the best views of Prince Edward County. All our beer is proudly brewed with 100% Ontario malt.

Built into a limestone hill, our brewery offers stunning panoramic views of The County from our taproom and patio. We currently produce clean, balanced, easy drinking ales and lagers along with mixed-fermentation, oak-aged beers from our barrel cellar.
