We own a registered Dales mare & stallion prospect, located in Picton, ON

The Dales Pony originated in the Dales of Yorkshire in northern England and are listed as “critical” on the rare/endangered breeds list.

Teddy (Blackshadow Starstruck) is such a laid back dude! He’s starting to learn big boy things, which is especially important if he’s going to be a stallion.

What we love about Teddy? His easy going attitude and his goofy love bug personality!

We have been in a heatwave since Monday. This heat has been hard on the horses, so we bring them inside during the day out of the sun and flies. They all have fans and we make sure they have lots of water and electrolytes as needed.

This is also a perfect time to introduce the other members of our equine family, Aiden (Welsh pony), Devon (Connemara Pony), Houston (Haflinger-Welsh pony cross) and Paulo (Andalusian)
