Back by popular demand, the Di Ghent, McBain & Traynor Trio is joining us at The Outpost this Sunday of the long weekend for another afternoon of seriously good jazz.

Come soak up the last few weekends of summer with a seat on the patio, something delicious from our food menu, and a drink in hand — whether that’s wine, award-winning craft beer or one of our house-made seltzers. 🍷🍺

TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCE NEIPA IS BACK. 🍊🍑

Brewed as a celebratory beer for a certain “someone’s” return, an old favourite has officially made its way back — and it’s every bit as good as we remember.

Truth or Consequence NEIPA is brewed with an unapologetic abundance of Amarillo, Mosaic + Citra hops and fermented with Pomona yeast for maximum fruit-forward character.

Expect juicy orange and tangerine, ripe mango, passionfruit and peach, layered with hints of berry and pungent citrus zest on the backend. Pomona brings even more tropical fruit to the party, amplifying those lush stone-fruit and citrus notes while keeping the body soft, hazy and beautifully smooth.

Juicy. Aromatic. Properly hazy.

After some well-deserved time away on maternity leave, we’re thrilled to welcome Meagan back to the Gillingham crew!

As our longest-standing employee, Meagan has been part of the Gillingham family for years — rockstar server, team lead, familiar face, and someone who brings an incredible amount of knowledge, experience and leadership to everything she does.

And this time around, she’s adding another hat to the collection. 🎉 Along with getting back behind the bar and serving all of you lovely people, Meagan will be stepping into an Event Planning role, helping us bring even more gatherings, celebrations and good times to life here at Gillingham.

We couldn’t be happier to have her back where she belongs.
