Good morning everyone to another beautiful Autumn day!
I wanted to take this oppurtunity to all of our customers that made Mama Red’s Canteen another successful season. Without you, we are just a trailer, with you, we are a proud, give you our best meal and service food truck everytime!
I am thankful for your support, I am also thankful to Michelle and Linda for being such gracious, helpful, always smiling guidance.
If you just cannot wait for the spring and need a feed of fish, let Mama Red know😉

Let it Rain🙂🙂🙂

Good morning everyone, well, here we are at our last weekend open for Season 2. We will be providing our menu until those items run out, however... We will have fresh fish and chips each day until Mama cannot cook one more piece😁.
Our hours are going to begin Friday 4:00pm - 7:00pm. Saturday at 12:00pm, Sunday at 12:00pm.
We look forward to seeing you all and having the chance to thank you once again for a terrific season💞

Good evening everyone

I wanted to take this time to share on how Mama Red’s Canteen will be ending our Season 2🙂
Our open hours will be this Friday 4:000m -7:00pm, Saturday and Sunday will be 12:00am -7:00pm. We will be closing Sept 14th with gratitude to you all for making our second season a huge success.

Good morning folks, as the summer begins to wind down, Mama Red’s Canteen must do the same.
Our days of operation will now be reduced to being open from Thursday to Sunday 12:00pm to 7:00pm.
We are so incredibly thankful for your support and continue looking forward to serving you🙂

Hi folks, the universe is picking on us! We have a waterline break in our area and therefore we cannot open until it is repaired.
