Getting to the gym is the first battle, but honestly, so is fueling yourself for your workout. A full meal feels like too much, and a shake could work... but then you have to clean the blender.
Our FIT Bites are made to pop into your mouth and give you that little boost you need to carry you through an hour of hard work.

We had such a great time being part of the exclusive preview event at Maison Athlétique!

A big thank you to the  team for inviting us to be part of such an exciting day. It was amazing to meet so many new faces, share FIT Bites with the community, and fuel everyone after the incredible spin sessions hosted by Spin Lab.

We even made a new friend along the way…see if you can spot him/her (?) in the the reel 😉

The best part? You can now find FIT Bites in the vending machine at Maison Athlétique, so whether you’re heading into a workout or looking for a post workout snack, we’ve got you covered.

Join us on July 25 as FIT Bites teams up with Maison Athlétique and Spin Lab for an exclusive event featuring a live DJ, amazing local vendors and experience Montreal’s newest fitness destination before everyone else. There will be activities and games featuring padel, soccer, pickerball, spin, HIIT and of course the gym!

We’ll be there with plenty of FIT Bites, and we have a special offer for our community.

What a day!!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and turned up the heat at CrossFit Max ! It was incredible to watch so many athletes push their limits, support one another, and leave it all on the competition floor.

FIT Bites was proud to be onsite keeping athletes fueled with real ingredients and real energy throughout the day. Nothing makes us happier than being part of a community that values strength, hard work, and showing up for each other.

Congratulations to all the competitors, volunteers, judges, and the team at CrossFit Max for putting on an amazing event. We can’t wait for the next one!
