The way apples are handled from the very beginning has everything to do with what you taste later on. Cold pressing is a slower, more intentional method that keeps the integrity of the fruit intact. It allows us to hold onto the natural flavours, aromas and natural tannins that make each apple variety unique.

June 21st is our first Farmer’s market of the year, happening here at the farm. 😍😍

Come shop local makers and growers or apply to be a vendor — it’s FREE (just donate to the local food bank). We’ll be serving up our Manitoba-made cider, wood-fired pizza, and non-alcoholic options.

Markets will be once a month all summer long:

July 19
August 16
Sept 27

See you there! ☀️🍎

We work with locally grown apples, press them cold, and let the juice speak for itself. From there, it’s patience and process. We aren’t rushing fermentation and we refuse to cut corners to speed things up. Fermentation is super important, it’s where the depth, tannins, and character really develop. You’ll taste the difference.

Over the years, we’ve figured out a thing or two and ultimately the best cider comes from doing a few things really well and leaving the rest to “mother nature” so to speak. So while “apples” might sound obvious, what’s behind them is anything but.

We start with Manitoba apples, always. What happens next depends on the direction we want to take them.

Sometimes we keep things simple and let the fruit speak for itself. Other times, we layer in berries, age in barrels, or experiment a little, like our Slow Burn, a smoked cider.

If you like trying something that doesn’t quite fit in a box, you’ll feel right at home here.

If you’ve been looking for something that feels a little more balanced, cider is a good place to start.

Lower alcohol, naturally gluten free, and made from 100% Manitoba apples and real fruit. We press our apples cold and keep the process simple so you get something that’s easy to drink, but still full of flavour.

Pick up a bottle and see for yourself, or come try it where it’s made. 🥂

If you’ve been thinking about coming out to the cidery, this is one of the best ways to experience it.

Our private outdoor tastings are set up to give you time to settle in, try a selection of ciders chosen by your group, and enjoy the space without feeling rushed. Whether you’re newer to cider or already have a few favourites, it’s a chance to explore what we’re making in a more intentional way.

You’ll be outside, surrounded by the orchard and prairie, with time to walk around, visit the shop, or just sit and catch up with friends. If you’re looking to add something to eat, ask us about our small bites menu to round out the afternoon, just be sure to book those in advance.

Tastings run from May through October by reservation, with space for both small groups and larger gatherings. You can book through our website or send us an email to get started.
