On October 2 we hosted our first Gather Festival harvest dinner.
We sold a small amount of tickets, 25 in total.

We asked guest chef, Hayden Reddekop to come out from Winnipeg and cook for everyone.
He prepared a 4 course meal that we will not forget anytime soon.
Elevated, intimate and unforgettable.
We will be writing about this event in a blog on our website so stay tuned for all the juicy details and way more pictures. đź–Ľ

We asked local photographer to come take photos and here is a sampling of the incredible photos he captured. Wow!

We are busy with harvest and apple pressing but once the winter sets in ❄️we will be planning our events for next year and we cannot wait to fill you all in on what next years Gather Festival Harvest Dinner will look like.

We finished off our last "planned" event of the season with an impromptu c***r share, which was so much fun. We ID'd many of the best Manitoba apples then tasted many others in our glasses once we were finished. Some of the best c***rs from across Canada and one from the US were represented and enjoyed by all! c***r ***rmonth

Here is another Manitoba apple highlight. 🍎🍎Kelvin is talking about one of his top 3 apples, Red Sparkle.
Kelvin will be leading the Apple ID workshop here on Sunday, October 4. If you want to find out more about some incredible Manitoba apples send us a message to register.
We buy some apples from Kelvin’s orchard every year and you can also find him at some Winnipeg markets.
Love that he uses the words lychee and sprightly 🧚

Meet Bob 🍎
He grows incredible apples like this one that he is talking about, Turners Flat.
We have been buying Bob’s apples for a few years now.
Bob’s apples are a part of what makes our c***r stand out. You see Bob cares a lot about Manitoba apples. He grafts, prunes and harvests his apples every year.
We are incredibly lucky to work with him.
Stay tuned as we introduce more apple growers in future reels. Each one will talk about an apple that they think is special.

Curious what’s happening around the c***ry?
We are heading out to the best little festival this weekend Harvest Moon Festival
We just adore this festival! Good bye Earl will be on tap at the main bar, lil fruity will be available at Clearwater Junction Restaurant and we will be set up as vendors at the market.
After that we are hunkering down here for some fun events and gathering!
