Our ✨🌺Hibiscus Flower✨ kombucha in the making.

Whole dried hibiscus flowers, infused for 24 hours in our delicate green tea kombucha base (our “Original”), ready to be strained. After bottling, we wait at least three more weeks for natural bubbles to develop during the second fermentation. Aren’t living foods amazing?! 💖

Our ✨Paper Tiger Blend✨ kombucha, made in collaboration with our friends at .

Inspired by the flavours of gin, it is a blend of Ginger, Juniper, Mint, Basil, Rosemary, Coriander.

If you haven’t had the chance already, we recommend you check Paper Tiger Noodle Bar out! Amazing people there doing delicious things, always sourcing their ingredients with care. (FYI, they also happen to use eggs and pastured chicken for their karaage! 🥰💖)

🚐💕 The Paper Tiger Blend will be available in our 1L bottles, today and tomorrow (or until sold out) with at their weekly spots.

It’s a a proper chilly today, so anyone coming out tonight make sure to bundle up! And hopefully it will warm up a bit for Cumberland’s Christmas Market tomorrow.

✨ Cranberry-Spice is back! Our first batch of the season will be available today and tomorrow with at their usual weekly spots.

Fresh cranberries along with cardamom, star anise, clove, & cinnamon were infused for 24 hours before being strained and bottled for its 2nd fermentation. It’s now bubbly and ready for this weekend!

You’ll notice it’s quite light in colour for a cranberry flavour, but that’s because instead of the usual frozen cranberries, we used whole fresh ones which impart much less colour during the infusion stage. But the flavour is fantastic, we think it tastes like candy!
