We had a wonderful harvest of our bee balm this year!

These petals are what we pair with raspberries to make one of our most-loved flavours: ✨Raspberry-Bee Balm✨

“What is bee balm?” We often get this question: It is a flower with vibrant blooms from the Monarda genus. (See photos 2 & 3)

Every year, when the bee balm in our garden is in bloom, we hand-pick the petals, which we then dry. We began picking them in July and have continued right up until now, as the plants rebloom after picking! We now have a good stash to last us until next season.

We make our Raspberry-Bee Balm year-round, and have it available almost every week. We do our best to make sure there’s always a batch ready because we don’t want to disappoint anyone who has made a special trip out to see us!🙏
