👉 These are made by a wonderful new butcher we are working with who packages them up 4 per package.

It has been a busy week. It sure takes a lot of coordinating things to ensure they are at their freshest when we bring them to you at the markets. But we do love to do it! And things worked out great this week, Kornel picking these sausages up just yesterday :) As mentioned, we will have them available FRESH at today and tomorrows markets, and after that the rest go into the freezer for later markets and for our Home Delivery clients❤️.

We tried them ALL (some for a family dinner last night, the rest for breakfast!😋) and can confirm that they are all DELICIOUS! We are so so pleased with them, we hope you love these as much as we do.

Another week for ✨FRESH✨ chicken!

This will be our fifth batch of the season, with just 3 more coming up in September through October. Where has the summer gone?! Our kids are already going back to school next week… 👀

✨FRESH✨pasture-raised chicken this week!

The team will be busy breaking down and packaging up all the cuts of our fresh chicken today to be ready for the weekend: boneless skinless breast, bone-in skin-on thighs, drumsticks, chicken steaks (boneless skin-on drums great for the BBQ), wings, feet, as well as livers. And of course, by the whole and half bird!

Plus, Olga plans to make up her homemade marinated wings again! If you missed it a couple weeks ago: We package up our fresh raw wings pre-marinated in our own BBQ blend of sauce and spices. You all seemed to love the idea so much we decided to do it again! But this time we made them gluten-free, swapping out regular soy sauce with gluten-free tamari.👀💕

✨Kombucha Samplings this week!✨

Tonight at Parkdale, and this Friday, July 10 at both our Montreal locations, come visit us for a taste of our Wild Ferment Kombucha! We’ll have a good variety of flavours available and you’ll be able to taste any and all! It’s a great chance to try a flavour you’ve been curious about, or to simply enjoy a sip of something refreshing during this hot summer.

New Item this week:✨Marinated Chicken Wings✨

These are fresh, raw chicken wings marinated in a blend of homemade BBQ sauce and spices, ready for you to cook and enjoy!

This is something we’ve been working on and testing over the last few weeks, and we’re excited to finally share them with you. It’s actually something we offered years ago and we thought some of you might be happy to see them make a return.

They’re a simple, delicious meal that’s ready to go. Just follow the cooking instructions that’s right on the package for you.

Our pasture-raised chicken wings have been marinating for two days, and we’re really pleased with how they’ve turned out. We had them last night for supper… yum!

This Friday & Saturday we’ll have our first ✨FRESH chicken✨ of the 2026 season!

Which also means, that starting this Friday we will once again have whole and half birds available (HOORAY!!!), along with packages of chicken breasts, drumsticks, and chicken thighs!(HUZZAH!!!🙌)

If you’ve stopped by recently, you’ve noticed how low our pasture-raised chicken inventory has been. While we never enjoy telling you we’re sold out, we’ve been feeling incredibly grateful: Selling out of most of last season’s chicken before the new season’s is ready is one of the highest compliments. So thank youuuu🙏💕 We are looking forward to having a full stock of chicken for you again!

Happy Father’s Day weekend!💕

Lots of the freshest pasture-raised eggs available this weekend for you all! The new flock of layers has been doing very well and is now producing more of the larger-sized eggs as they mature. Plus, Olga has prepared a fresh batch of her delicious Chicken Liver Pâté, yum!

☔️ It’s likely going to be a bit rainy this weekend, so don’t forget your umbrellas.✌️ And we’ll also make sure to have our awning out to make it more comfortable. ☺️
