🦃 WHICH TURKEY IS RIGHT FOR YOUR TABLE? 🦃

We’ve been getting lots of questions about the difference between our Large White and Bronze Orlopp turkeys, so here’s a quick breakdown!

🤍 LARGE WHITE TURKEY
Looking for a big, meaty turkey with plenty of breast meat? The Large White is your go-to!

✔️ Larger birds
✔️ Lots of breast meat
✔️ Mild, classic turkey flavour
✔️ Great for larger gatherings
✔️ Perfect if you love having plenty of leftovers!

🤎 BRONZE ORLOPP TURKEY
If you’re looking for something a little more traditional and farm-style, the Bronze Orlopp is a great choice!

✔️ Beautiful bronze colouring
✔️ More naturally proportioned bird
✔️ Rich, traditional turkey flavour
✔️ Great meat-to-bone ratio
✔️ A wonderful choice for smaller gatherings

🍽️ In a nutshell:

Want lots of meat and leftovers? → Large White
Want a more traditional farm-style turkey? → Bronze Orlopp

Both are raised right here and will make a delicious centrepiece for your holiday table!

🦃 Turkey pre-orders are open!

It might seem early, but Thanksgiving and Christmas will be here before we know it! We have a limited number of turkeys available this year, so if you’re hoping to have one on your holiday table, we recommend reserving yours sooner rather than later.

Turkeys are $7 per pound and quantities are limited.

We will also have some available ✨FRESH✨ at the Cumberland Farmers Market on September 26.

We’re thrilled to announce that The Cluck House will be returning to the Cumberland Farmers’ Market for the Annual Harvest Market this September! 🎉

Come celebrate the harvest season with an incredible lineup of local farmers, makers, crafters, artists and food vendors — and of course, stop by and say hello to us! 🐓❤️

We’ll have our pasture-raised chicken available, so make sure you come early and stock up!
