My husband and I voted early yesterday and I was very impressed with how organized the process was and how everyone showed grace and compassion to all. With all the chaos seen lately from both sides, I ask that you take the time to pray because at the end, God's will be done.

Lord Jesus Christ,

I place before You all those who hold positions of authority. Protect them from every influence of evil. Guard their minds, hearts, decisions and consciences.

Give them wisdom to recognize truth, courage to reject evil, humility to serve rather than dominate, and a desire to seek what is good for those entrusted to their care.

Through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, St. Michael the Archangel, and all the Holy Angels and Saints, protect our nation and all who exercise authority.

Let Your will be done, and let truth, justice, and peace prevail. Our Lady, Protectress of the People, pray for us. St. Michael the Archangel defend us. Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us.

🌈🐾 Forever Our Best Boy, Chippy 🤍

Our hearts have been broken these past week because we had to say goodbye to our sweet Chippy. After 12 beautiful years, we had to say goodbye to the best boy we could have ever asked for.

Chippy wasn't just our dog. He was family. He grew up alongside our kids, and they loved on him every bit as much as he loved them. He was there through so many seasons of our lives—always loving, always happy, and always just wanting to be close to his people.

He would sometimes come with me to the school yard to pick up the kids, and he loved everyone he met. There was never a stranger in Chippy's world—just another person he hadn't loved yet. ❤️

And bananas… oh, how he loved bananas. 🍌 The moment he heard those familiar sounds, he would come running, ready to share in one of his favourite treats.

Some of my sweetest memories are the quiet ones. Chippy would curl up beside me on the couch while we waited for my husband to come home from work. And at night, he would snuggle between my husband and me in our bed, right where he belonged.

Those are the moments that are hardest now.

The house feels different without his little sounds. The nights are especially difficult. We find ourselves listening for him, expecting to see him, expecting those familiar little footsteps and that sweet face.

There is an emptiness where our little boy used to be, and we miss him more than words can say. 💔

But we are so incredibly grateful. Grateful for 12 years of unconditional love. Grateful for every cuddle, every happy greeting, every silly moment, every banana, and every memory he gave our family.

We believe that love like his doesn't simply disappear. We believe that Chippy is now in Heaven with Jesus, free from pain, surrounded by love, and waiting patiently for the day our family is together again. ✝️🌈

Until we meet again, our sweet Chippy…

You were the best boy.
You were so deeply loved.
And you always will be. 🤍🐾

There are some dishes that nourish more than the body—they nourish the soul. ❤️🌿

Growing up in Southern Italy, verdura was known as a "poor man's meal." During the difficult years of the 1950s, families made the most of what they had, gathering fresh greens from their gardens and fields to create a simple, hearty meal that kept everyone fed.

Today, I make it not because I have to, but because I know just how incredibly nourishing it is.

My verdura is made with organic dandelion greens, Swiss chard, kale, potatoes, and beans—every ingredient grown right here in our garden. It's packed with vitamins, minerals, fibre, and generations of Italian tradition.

One of my favourite things? My daughter always asks for it when she has menstrual cramps because she says it helps ease the pain. ❤️ There may not be one food that works for everyone, but it's become one of our family's comforting traditions.

Sometimes the simplest meals truly are the richest.
