It was great to be part of this amazing event this year! Thank you to Ben, Tasha and Chef Jesse for supporting your local ranchers!

Ben and Tasha would like to thank everyone who shared the long table last night. Farm to Table Catering Inc. hit it out of the park, once again, with an amazing meal. The company was fabulous. Thank you Diamond C Ranch Limousin for the delicious beef and leading us in grace. Next years date is already booked with Jesse and his team once again.

Pasture cow checks have looked a bit different this year! 💕
Bryce and Annie welcomed their baby girl, Maria, in the spring. We all adore her and are soaking up her little snuggles! She has been the sweetest addition to our family!

Father’s Day..

To celebrate Dad this morning we’ve created a delicious Steak Fajita Benedict. We start with local onion, gently caramelized, sautéed bell pepper, mushroom, local Diamond C Ranch beef & our house made fajita spice. A fresh, baked this morning biscuit, local organic egg & our scratch made hollandaise bring it all together.

We had a proud Dad and Mom moment today…stopped in to have a Diamond C burger at the John Deere dealership where our son, Braeden works as an Ag Technician. Thank you to Horizon Ag for supporting your local ranchers at your open house BBQ!

It’s the final crunch time for bull deliveries…we’ve driven a lot of miles over the years. The longest delivery was to Nebraska. One of the things I wait for while we’re on the road is Neil’s comment “I’ve never been on this road before…” It cracks me up and I love it.🥰 I also love the people we meet along the way and handing out Diamond C swag. See ya on the road!
