You asked if we have more… and we heard you.

A huge THANK YOU for yesterday, we’re honestly a bit overwhelmed. So many of you liked and shared our new Explorer’s Choice grill picks, some of you came back a second time, and a few people even called after trying them just to tell us everything was excellent. That means a lot to us.

And then we woke up to a ton of messages asking: “Any left for today?”
So we had to come up with a plan: the crew is getting ready again.

This is the final chapter: Get it done. Keep it fun.�Ben talks about what matters in the shop: an awesome crew, the same playing field, getting the work done, and still having a good laugh along the way. And then… the story of Mr. P and the whirlpool (=>hot-tub) comes out a little less planned than the rest. 😂

Ben talks about one of the big ones in a meat shop: not throwing anything away, valuing every part of the animal, finding the right use for it, and why it’s actually okay to run out of certain products once in a while when you refuse to waste pieces just to keep one cut always stocked.
