We are a small family run farm along the Somass River Central Vancouver Island. Offering Beef Sales with unique Split of sides. 1/4s evenly split. Buying in bulk this way is much more economical compared to today's grocery store pricing. With an upcoming slaughter we are currently taking pre-orders for 1/2's or 1/4's custom cuts. Approx 300 pounds per side. 8$ pound hanging weight
