Who says you can't be fancy on a farm? πΏβ¨
Picture this: fresh cut lettuce greens, kale & broccoli microgreens topped with blackberry & basil pickled red onions, blackberry balsamic beets, and grilled figs wrapped in prosciutto & stuffed with cambozola cheese. π Just a casual Thursday lunch on the farm! ππΎ
