To whom it may concern:
Not everyday will be very easy for us. There are still people around that are unworthy and unkind to deal with. I swear nothing deflates an angry person like realizing they're the ones getting all flustered in the end. Always give them a chance, say please, thank you, letting go, keep smiling, be polite and say sorry. We are open seven days a week. 102 hrs. a week. No days off. Who cares anyway?
We had a surprise visit from a Police Enforcement Officer this afternoon. Apparently, someone reached out to them and reported us about this chicken situation. This is the first time in decades. It is inevitable for someone's concern about our inhumane action. Those chickens cramped inside their crates.
We have to wait for our valuable customers after work to pick them up. I did mention this also to the cop that those people who ordered them are obliged to pick them up upon their arrival but instead, they just cancel within a short notice and even ignored our phone calls. They should be responsive and not refuse and neglect them. So very disappointing
We are beyond grateful and thankful to those people that were quick enough to pick up their chickens.
It would have been a privilege for us, I mean you, most honorable person that reported us, to see you up close and personal and discuss this matter with you. We would appreciate it very much if you just come forward and ask what's going on. We saw you snapping photos and yes we kept your plate number secured for our future references.
Please be mindful next time. Thank you very much for your concern. Sleep well!
The chickens are gone.
This is one very important factor I wanted to share.
But most of all we love our valued customers all of you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We appreciate you always and forever
