TCB BBQ PLATTER 🔥
For the dads and non-dads alike, we have some great things going on this weekend. First up is our annual bbq platter that is on the menu starting today for a limited time.

Trying our best to keep it available all weekend but make it down soon if you are worried about missing out!

Beer-poached bratwurst w/ alabama white sauce, porter BBQ crispy chicken wings, smoked brisket bahn mi sliders w/ carrot, daikon, jalapeño, gochujang aioli, potato bun, chipotle potato salad w/ carrot, celery, red onion, cilantro, seasoned buttered corn, side of house pickled red onion and jalapeño.

✨PLUS it’s canning day today and we’ll be restocked on our core beers in 473ml cans along with IPSO FACTO Dry Hopped Sour and ZEBRA India Pale Ale.

Busy little week and we have a bunch of things going on so let’s cut to the chase!

1. Live music with Brad Lovell tonight at 6:30pm in the Lounge at Twin City Brewing. Reservations encouraged as it is filling up for tonight.

2. Zebra IPA launching today on the tap list with 473ml cans coming tomorrow.

3. BBQ Platter launching this weekend at the brewery! Includes wings, bratwurst, brisket bahn mi sliders, chipotle potato salad, along with some sides. Stay tuned for the post!

4. Beer Slushies pouring on Saturday & Sunday!

5. Hush Money Sea Salt & Lime Sour. One of our last 50L Keg Tapped Saturday! On til it’s gone. No growler fills.

6. LIMITED RUN of Summer tank tops now available in the lounge! Check our stories for photos.

A magic trick that is actually no magic and no trick at all.

A classic balanced Twin City sour featuring an incredible combo of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin hops. We love this beer for its clean and bright acidity, lively carbonation, and juicy notes of tangerine, passionfruit, and citrus zest.

The real trick was loading this beer with flavour and complexity yet, almost magically, using no fruit at all.

5.0% ABV & 10 IBU.

Psst. 473ml cans will be dropping next Friday, June 19th!

Results are in. Our latest pizza has a name. Thanks to all that threw their hat into the ring!

THE GABAGOOL BADA BING!
Spicy capocollo, broccoli, feta, puttanesca tomato sauce, olive oil, and lemon zest.

Capocollo = gabagool. Bold and endlessly entertaining to say out loud. We’ve contacted the contributor with our thanks and are hooking them up with a $30 gift card to cover a large pizza on us!

Leonardo da Vinci. Mozart. Michelangelo. The person that came up with the concept of dessert. History doesn’t celebrate these individuals nearly enough.

…but I’d like to think they’d all absolutely smash our new dessert.

Chocolate Chili Lava Cookie. Served warm with dark chocolate, ginger, a touch of cayenne. Plus vanilla ice cream, caramel drizzle, and a sprinkle of flaky salt.

AMAZING HUMAN/GENIUSES 🧠
Last night was Brooklyn Nine Nine trivia and we had an excellent turn-out. Many proved themselves as die-hard fans of the series but it was team Velvet ThundeRRR that walked away as champions, scoring a stunning 41 out of 45 questions correct. Bravo!

Huge thanks to Jessica and Alberni Pride for working with us on this event.

Next up is live music in the lounge with Brad Lovell happening on Thursday, June 18th from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
