Here’s my first ever harvest of yams - pretty cool!

We will be at the market with the last couple watermelons, granola, seeds, Violet’s colouring books and pottery.

We also will have some squash from Darby Farm.

The freezer will be loaded with grass fed black angus beef and bones from Stonehaven Farm.

See you soon at the Spirit Square Farmers' Market 9am-noon in the Harbour quay.

Come say goodbye to our friends for the few weeks and help with their upcoming move.

The fall is certainly here and it’s time to get stored up for winter. Come see what our market has to offer. Herbs, produce, baked goods, meat, sauces, preserves, and more.

Its Soup time of year already! Bones were roasted, now simmering with a couple of bay leaves. Rich beef broth simmering away for the day.
We have some bones in stock in the freezer at the moment. We will send some down to the market with Sarah this Saturday.

A big thank you to Duncan Aylard Kait Aylard Ryan, Hazel and Sarah Danielle Rymer for continuing to manage Stonehaven while Jamie and Lisa took a holiday away for a few weeks.

No market for me tomorrow. As well momma d is off recovering until mid November. I maybe back next week well see I'm taking it week by week. Delivery within city limits is always available for online purchase of crocheting creations. PM if interested
