Maple Meadows Farm & Event Centre Event Centre, Flowers - seasonal by appointment, Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! century barn. Our event season is May 1st, to October 31st.

We are excited to announce that we have now restored our 5000 sq ft. The barn built in the 1840's offers "original post and beam" construction. A truly remarkable barn, Maple Meadows offers two ready rooms, indoor bathrooms, tables and chairs, decor items are available if needed free of charge.
Maple Meadows is fully zoned and has an approved occupancy of 200 max. A beautiful meadow of approx. 2

acres is a lovely place for ceremonies. It is bordered by huge maple trees with a gorgeous view over the pasture. We also have a shaded courtyard and an indoor space to say your vows.
Our barns, gardens and fields are a great backdrop for photos. A few horses and a little mini horse named Trixie are happy to greet your guests and the shady lawn is perfect for guest to enjoy a few games or cocktails.
Catering is open for your choice and you are welcome to bring in your own alcohol with a Special Occasion Permit (approx 50.00 from LCBO online). A list of wonderful local companies that specialize in event/wedding, catering, are available if needed
Music turn off is 11 pm, with guests being asked to be off the property by 12 midnight.
Maple Meadows has flower cutting gardens for your bouquets (up to 3 pails of fresh cut in-season flowers are included in rental) An order can be places for you with UFD at wholesale prices for extra flowers like eucalyptus, roses and babies breath if needed. We offer flower workshops so you can create your own bouqets or we can arrange them for you * Limited amount are free of charge.

2024 - 2025 Bookings are for 200 max guests.
Only 2 weddings per weekend.
Friday Wedding - Thursday 8am-12midnight + Friday 8am- 12midnight (takedown and clean up is provided if a Saturday wedding is booked)
Saturday Wedding - Sat 8am-12midnight + Sunday 9am – 2pm (setup is provided if a Friday wedding is booked)
Sunday Wedding - Sunday 8am–12 midnight + Monday 8am – 2pm. (setup is provided if a Saturday wedding is booked)
