If you’ve ever wondered who’s behind Wyldewood Food Co. — hey…it’s me, Jess!! I don’t post my face often, but it’s been a minute, so here’s a proper reintroduction: I’m a mom of two little ones, wife to a Scottish immigrant, and a true lover of food, travel, coffee, animals, flowers, Coke Zero, and perusing local small shops and markets. I was born and raised in Port Colborne, then spent years living in Vancouver and abroad in South America and the UK — it was on those journeys that I fell in love with hospitality, catering, and the art of food styling.
With 15+ years in food & beverage and 13 years in hospitality and tour management, I now create edible art and cater events of every size — showers, weddings, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and everything in between. I focus on seasonal ingredients, intentional presentation, and service that lets you be present with your people.
