Big flavour. Cold beer. Hot grill. Our Beer Brats with Charred Peppers & Onions are everything summer grilling should be.
Beer Brats with Charred Peppers & Onions
Ingredients:
4 Arctic Bratwurst sausages
1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
1 yellow onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 bottle (341 mL) lager beer
4 brat buns – or large hot dog buns
Mustard Sauce:
3 tbsp (45 mL) Dijon mustard
2 tbsp (30 mL) mayonnaise
1 tsp (5 mL) honey
Instructions:
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Place onions and peppers in a grill basket with olive oil. Grill vegetables for 10–12 minutes until lightly charred. Simmer beer in a skillet on the grill. Add bratwurst and simmer 8 minutes.
Transfer sausages directly to grill and cook another 6–8 minutes until browned.
Mix mustard sauce ingredients.
Toast buns.
Assemble with grilled brats, peppers, onions and mustard sauce.
Chef's Upgrade:
Top with crispy fried onions and fresh parsley.

Pub food meets backyard comfort. Beer cheese, bratwurst, pretzels, and caramelized onions.
Bavarian Sausage Pretzel Skillet
Ingredients:
1 lb (454 g) Arctic Meat & Sausage Bavarian Smokies
1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
1 large onion, sliced
2 cups (300 g) pretzels (any kind you like)
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Beer Cheese Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup (250 mL) lager beer
1 cup (250 mL) milk
2 cups (200 g) sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:
Brown bratwurst in a skillet until cooked through. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
Sauté onions until caramelized. Prepare cheese sauce by melting butter and whisking in flour.
Slowly add beer and milk. Stir until thickened. Add cheddar and Dijon.
Arrange bratwurst, pretzel bites, and onions in a cast-iron skillet.
Pour warm beer cheese over top. Optional: Finish under the broiler for 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve With:
Whole-grain mustard and pickles

The burger taco mashup everyone is talking about. Crispy edges. Melty cheese. Smoky bacon.
Bacon Cheeseburger Smash Tacos
Ingredients:
1 lb (454 g) Arctic Meat Lean Ground Beef
8 small flour tortillas
8 slices Arctic Meat Double Smoked Bacon
8 slices cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
diced tomatoes
burger sauce (see recipe below)
Instructions:
Cook bacon until crisp. Divide beef into 8 balls. Press beef directly onto tortillas.
Cook beef-side down on griddle. Flip and add cheese.
Assemble with bacon, lettuce, tomato and sauce.
Burger Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp pickle relish
1 tsp mustard

Take your BBQ beyond burgers. Korean BBQ Beef Bowls are packed with bold flavour and colour.
Korean BBQ Beef Bowls
Ingredients:
1½ lb (680 g) Arctic Meat Beef Stroganoff Strips (Stirfry)
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
Bowl Components:
4 cups cooked jasmine rice
cucumber slices
shredded carrots
green onions
sesame seeds
Instructions:
Marinate beef 30 minutes. Grill or sear over high heat.
Fill bowls with rice. Top with vegetables and beef.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
