Creamed honey and cinnamon creamed honey - 1lb tub of creamed honey is $11 and 1b tub of cinnamon creamed honey is $15. I do have smaller jars as well - 375g creamed honey $8.50 and 375g cinnamon creamed honey for $11.50

Liquid honey will be ready next week - It just needs to be bottled

Dehydrated honey infused mixed fruit, sample packs. Lemon, lime, orange, ginger, fig, date. A few packages have grapefruit with everything else but for orange. :) 🐝

I'm making bourbon barrel aged honey. There's 5 Gallons of honey in the barrel that was recently used by a distillery to make bourbon. It takes several months for the barrel flavours to infuse into the honey and will be ready at the end of March

Fun Fact: Honey bees cap honey two different ways. Dry capped or wet capped. Some colonies will use one method, others will use both. It's believed that the type of capping is somewhat genetically controlled. Depending on genetics, the bees will cap the honey (wax coating) by leaving an air pocket between the honey and the wax which results in dry capping as seen in the left photo, or they will place the wax directly on the honey resulting in wet capped honey as seen in the right photo. Wet capped honey is not wet, it simply gives the appearance of being wet. There is no difference in the quality or taste of the honey 🐝🐝
