Maple Hill Farm Stand Welcome! Maple Hill Farm is pleased to host a farm stand every Saturday morning through the summer.

We use regenerative farming practices, using only compost generated on the farm to fertilize our gardens. All fruit used in our preserves are grown on the farm or wild sourced.

**Its the last Farmstand of the season!! ***
The tables will be loaded up with fall veggies, freshly picked for your Thanksgiving dinner.

It's been a busy week at the farm. Freshly dug Peruvian blue fingerlings potatoes will be on the stand - yummy! In addition, the preserve table has been replenished including the addition of Strawberry and Raspberry Jams.

Be sure to stop by and stock up for your winter supply of garlic, sweet potatoes, apples, tomatoes and preserves.

Freshly dug Peruvian blue potatoes will be added to the last Farmstand of the season this Saturday. They are small, finger-shaped, waxy potatoes with a firm texture, a mildly sweet, nutty, and earthy flavor, and a purple hue from anthocyanin pigments. These potatoes are ideal for cooked preparations like roasting, boiling, and frying, as they hold their shape well and have a dense, less starchy composition. They are versatile and can be used in salads, roasted dishes, or any dish where vibrant color is desired. They are high in antioxidants and vitamins, with antioxidant power comparable to dark leafy greens like kale and spinach. And ... they are simply delicious!!
