KALE SLAW
with HAZELNUT dressing 🥬
One of our customers shared this amazingly delicious and healthy recipe! Enjoy!
2 bunches of kale (ribs removed), finely chopped
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
2 carrots, thinly sliced
Dressing: Puree till smooth (add water to thin it)
½ cup grape seed oil
¼ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup raw hazelnuts (chop roughly before putting in the blender)
2 tbsp raw sugar (I substituted maple syrup )
½ tsp sea salt
Toss the dressing with the kale and let mellow all day in the fridge or overnight, then add the peppers and carrots before serving.
