Holy moly we were blessed this morning with an insane amount of garlic scapes! Come check out the stand: 📍10152 Highway 101, PR.
Unsure what to do with these awesome veggies???

➡️Ways to use them:

🔥you can grill them similar to asparagus, just needs a light brushing of any fat of your choice (we’re butter fans) and some seasonings!
🥖chop them up and make some cheddar and scape scones!
🥗 dice them up for a season bean salad or greens salad!
🥔pop them on top of a baked potato like you would a chive!
🍝 add them to an Alfredo pasta!

For our 1 year anniversary, we decided our gift to each other was to plant the start of an orchard. 🍎🍑🍐 The best part is, we get to see these trees grow here while we do too. I’m excited to celebrate each year with our harvests. Love you honey 🌳
