TnT Mobile Catering (Ronda Tremblay) we serve fresh fish dipped in my own home-made batter, local custom made burgers, and use bio- to-go at any time we can upgrade our menu.

We have attended many events: big biker rallys, rodeos, and family sea fairs. Our basic menu consists of halibut, poutine, speciality burgers, hot dogs, fries, ice caps, slushi, pop, water and Soft serve ice cream.. Even though we are a fast food event trailer I still read labels ( no msg, no- and or may contain) and also use compostable containers made from a renewable resource (sugar cane), (EcoCentury).

To all our loyal customers in Powell River. I want to thank you for years of your support. I am sorry to inform you all that we have moved and will not be opening the Powell River site in the future. Many hugs and many thanks for your wonderful support and many many laughs. We will dearly miss each and every one of you.

As you all know we have not been able to open because of " not getting a gas inspector and tag". Well we are still waiting for the sticker to come in the mail. However; since it is already time for us to close for the season, we will not be opening at all this year. We look forward to opening back up Mother's Day 2021. Thank you all for your understanding and continued support.

Canada Day 2020!
I want to thank each of you for your support and standing behind me in trying to open back up. You all know I am not a quitter and I do not give up. Your calls and messages have kept me fighting to reopen in 2020, however the time has come to face facts.
we still have not gotten our gas inspection. The gas inspector still will not come and pass the trailer because of Covid19. So after crunching the numbers and not knowing when we will get the inspection, I am going to call it a year.
We have not quit, just postponed opening for 2020. We are not beaten, just regrouping and preparing for the next hurdle that comes our way.
So we hope to see you in 2021.

Due to COVID-19 we are still waiting for the gas inspector to pass the trailers gas installation.☹
I am sorry for not being able to open and serve everyone😥. I will keep you posted and let you know when thing change.😏

Well just a quick note to let you know where we stand.

Still waiting on the city. Due to Covid-19 the city has pushed back nonessential issues, so this is taking longer then expected.
Still waiting on the gas inspector to come back over. He is not coming because of Covid-19.

So in short
STILL WAITING on government officials.

We would like to thank our loyal customers for your support in the past seasons.

1) As you all know, our exhaust fan has to run steady, this increases our chance of getting sick from people at our order window. (Mom is acceptable to pneumonia)
This could make us pass possible sickness on to customers. We are still looking at ways to fix this safety issue.

So with so much uncertainty right now we are postponing our opening until further notice.

We would like to wish everyone health a happiness. Please stay home and stay safe.
We are looking forward to serving you in the future.

2) Due to so much extra work with Covid19 the city and bylaws has not yet had time to review their 2018 new bylaw that closed us down.
Ironically they say they were trying to make it easier for food trucks, and we fell through the cracks.. (lol I told him my A** is too big to fall through a crack).. Have patience as we know things take more time the higher you have to go.

I will post if anything changes. We miss you all so much.

I see a lot of you checking in...
We are sorry that we can not be open to help support our community in their time of need.

The city and bylaws are still holding back our license. We are not even sure if our request will go through before May as offices and businesses are closing daily, committees are not gathering and unimportant issues are being sidelined. This is not a judgment post just a post to let you know the facts and the way it is. As soon as I know anything I will post.

I would just like to let people know there is a chance we may not be open this year due to knew bylaws in Powell River city limits. I will keep you all posted as we know more. We have been trying to get this sorted out before posting anything, however it is getting closer to spring and people need to know. I am sorry for not letting everyone know, but thought we could fix this on our own. 🤨☹
