We had a great time at Fall Fair! 🍊🍋🍂

Many thanks to everyone who came out and stopped by to see us. We keep meeting so many fantastic growers and plant lovers. It’s amazing what people are growing here in our community and across this incredible coastal region. 🌱🍋🌿🌊

💚 We really appreciate all the conversations and support.

Did you know you can enjoy your Meyer lemon tree even when it’s not fruiting? 🍋🌿

Meyer lemon leaves are wonderfully fragrant and add a bright citrus flavour to all kinds of dishes. Simply crush a leaf to release its natural oils, then use it much like a bay leaf.

Try them in:
🍵 Tea and herbal infusions
🥘 Soups and stews
🍛 Curries
🍚 Rice while it cooks
🐟 Fish and chicken dishes
🍮 Citrus-infused syrups and desserts

The flavour is fresh, floral, and distinctly citrusy, with notes of lemon and mandarin that create a unique and complex botanical flavour unlike the juice or peel.

Most citrus leaves are edible and aromatic, but Meyer lemon leaves are among our favourites. 🍋🌿
